AT OREGON TECH: 13th year with the men's and women's golf programs and fifth as an assistant coach...spent first eight seasons as head coach of the two squads...is involved in recruiting, player development, scheduling as well as mental development and course management.
HONORS: Named Cascade Conference Men's Coach of the Year in 2015, 2016 and 2018, along with CCC Women's Coach of the Year in 2017 and 2018...has coached eight men and 13 women who have earned All-CCC honors...the men's team has made three appearances at the NAIA Championships, with the women's program advancing to nationals five times...the men's team placed seventh at the 2016 event and the women's team placed tenth in 2019.
PERSONAL: A 1976 graduate of Cal Poly Pomona...established the Henley High golf program in 1991 and served as head boys golf coach for 19 seasons...led the team to 10-straight state championship appearances from 2000-09, winning five-consecutive Skyline Conference Championships from 2000-04, earning Coach of the Year honors each season...he and wife Rebecca have two children and three grandchildren.
