AT OREGON TECH: Fifth season as head coach of the men's and women's golf programs.
HONORS: Has coached one men's (Mayson Tibbs) and seven women's (Ashley Zhu, Payton Canon, Quincy Beyrouty, Madie Hepner, Maiya Baker, Madison Dick, Sydney Dick) All-Cascade Conference selections (with Beyrouty named the 2025 CCC Player of the Year), along with 23 Academic All-CCC and 16 NAIA Scholar-Athlete picks...was named CCC Women's Coach of the Year in 2024, leading the team to a runner-up finish at the CCC Championships...in 2025, Lady Owls placed second at the CCC Championships, earning an at-large berth to the NAIA Championships.
PREVIOUS COACHING EXPERIENCE: Served as head coach of both Mazama High teams from 2018-21, leading the boys' team to a fourth-place finish in 2018 and a fifth-place finish in 2019 at the 4A state championship, earning Skyline Conference Coach of the Year honors...was head coach of the Henley High girls' program from 2000-11, placing in the Top-15 at the 4A state tournament nine times, including a third-place finish in 2000 and a fourth-place finish in 2009...coached eight all-state selections and one state champion.
PERSONAL: A 1986 graduate of Oregon State with a BS in Geology...also has a MS in Civil Engineering and a MA in Teaching, also from OSU...a Klamath Falls native, he and wife Katrina have two children.
